BLS - at Heart Strings CPR Home Office

Service Description

*This class will be held at Heart Strings CPR home office in Downtown Mebane, NC (exact location provided after booking). We do have pets, however they will not be present for any of your class. Class size is limited to 3 participants unless prior arrangements are made with instructor and student.* This Basic Life Support course will teach the following skills: CPR for adults, children, and infants, rescue breaths with a face shield and a bag-valve mask, AED use, and choking relief for adults, children, and infants. All material is taught by owner Paige Rollins, a registered nurse with over 10 years of patient care experience. Participants will receive American Heart Association Basic Life Support eCard, valid for 2 years, upon completion of course. BLS workbook required for all participants, can be purchased separately through the American Heart Association website (digital copy okay, WiFi is available). This course includes videos, discussion, hands-on practice, skills assessment, and a written test, per American Heart Association standards.
